Providing Quality Washroom Products for State-of-the-Art Hospital
Construction began on a new £350 million state-of-the-art hospital in South Wales in 2017 and has been completed during the global pandemic. The 560-bed hospital provides specialist and critical care treatment for over 600,000 people.
Crown House Technologies, part of the O’Rourke Group approached us as they were looking for a reliable local company who could provide quality cost-effective washroom products suitable for a clinical environment which were easy to install.
Crown House Technologies contacted our Specifications Manager, Tony Howarth to discuss the project and talk through their requirements. Further meetings took place between our specialists and the client and products were recommended based on the information we obtained ensuring all needs had been addressed. The client expressed an interest in The Dudley Illusion Compact Universal frame and Phantom concealed cistern along with the dimple lever that the less able could use with ease. We provided a sample room including all of the products chosen for demonstration purposes to ensure the client was happy before progressing with the installation.
